Each month you’ll receive a monthly check-in review form to complete and you’ll receive feedback and recommendations from your coach. You also have the option to book a monthly call 15 minute check-in call if there’s something specific you need to work through. This is recommended for 1:1 coaching clients who want additional guidance after the initial session or for more advanced clients.
