Cheeseburger Frittata
This Cheeseburger Frittata has all the flavor of a juicy burger in a high-protein, easy-to-meal-prep breakfast (or dinner!). It’s packed with simple ingredients, full of flavor, and can be made with whatever ground meat you have on hand, chicken, turkey, or beef.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, or beef (macros based on chicken)
- ½ medium yellow onion, diced
- 8 large eggs
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Dash of pepper
- Optional: a TBSP of your favorite hot sauce for added flavor
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I like this brand of organic sharp cheddar)
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- In a large oven-safe skillet, sauté the ground meat and onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess liquid if needed.
- Spread the cooked meat and onion mixture evenly on the bottom of the skillet (or transfer to a pie dish if you prefer).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, and hot sauce (if using).
- Layer the cheese and diced tomato on top of the meat mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the center is set. (It may still bubble slightly when it’s ready - that’s okay!)
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
