No Refund or Exchange Policy

At Keep It Simple LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized nutrition coaching designed to support your wellness journey. Please read our No Refund or Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any of our services.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized nature of our nutrition coaching services, all purchases are final. Once a program or service has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued, in whole or in part.

2. Non-Transferable

Coaching services, sessions, and packages are non-transferable. They may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another individual.

3. Missed Sessions / Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited and not rescheduled or refunded.

4. Commitment to Results

We are here to guide and support you, but your results depend on your commitment and consistency. Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and therefore do not offer refunds based on perceived lack of results.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations (e.g. medical emergencies), refund or credit requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Keep It Simple LLC. Documentation may be required.
