About Coach Annie

For years, my “healthy” diet was iced coffee, chocolate, constant sugar cravings, and trying to eat as little as possible — with some veggies and dry chicken thrown in. I couldn’t figure out why I was struggling with painful periods, bloating, autoimmune flare-ups, and still not seeing the progress I wanted, even though I was working hard in the gym. It didn’t make sense. Everything changed when I learned how to truly support my body through personalized nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes. Now, I help women do the same — feel their best, build confidence, and take back control of their health.

Common Questions

Will I have to count calories?

Not necessarily. Whether you need to count calories depends on your goals and how quickly you want to achieve them. If you're aiming for faster, more precise results in terms of weight or fat loss, tracking calories and macros (like protein, carbs, and fat) can be really helpful. After all, you can’t manage what you don’t measure! However, if your goals are more relaxed or less specific, tracking calories isn’t essential.

Will I have to track calories or macros for life?

Absolutely not! The goal is for everyone to reach a point where they instinctively know which foods fuel them best and help them achieve their results. Personally, I don't track every day now, but I did when I first started. I don’t believe anyone should have to track every single day for the rest of their life.

Is this all online or in-person?

Everything is conducted online, including check-ins for both 1:1 coaching consultations and subscription check-ins. Consultations or check-ins can be done via virtual video meeting or phone call, depending on the client's preference.

What's the difference between 1:1 coaching and a Personlized Results Plan?

1:1 coaching includes an hour-long session where we take a deep dive into everything. PRP is entirely online and doesn't require an initial consultation. It’s a more affordable, hands-off option that’s still personalized to you through an in-depth questionnaire.

What if i'm not seeing progress?

If you're doing everything and still not seeing progress, we'll adjust your plan accordingly. Each plan includes different levels to ensure you continue to move forward.

Will this work if I'm vegan or vegetarian?

Generally, yes, I’ve worked with pescatarians and vegans before. However, it's important to note that this may not be ideal if your goal is fat loss, as I don’t recommend relying on processed foods long-term and prefer to minimize dependence on supplements.

What if i need help and support after i purchase a plan?

If you've purchased a plan and feel you still need 1:1 support, you can opt for a subscription that includes bi-weekly email check-ins. This will allow us to adjust your plan and action steps every few weeks or months based on your progress. You’re welcome to continue this as long as you need extra support throughout your journey!

Is this medical advice

No, nutrition coaching is not medical advice. The information shared is based on nutrition research and general wellness principles. It's important to consult a healthcare professional or doctor for any medical advice or concerns.

Will I have to take supplements

No! My goal is for no one to become dependent on supplements to see results. That being said, depending on where you're starting, supplementation can be a helpful and convenient option such as protein powder, if needed, but it will never be mandatory. When I do recommend supplements, it’s always just a suggestion. Your doctor should be the one to determine what supplements your body truly needs!
