My Favorite Health & Wellness Influencers Right Now
If you love learning about all things food, health, and clean living, it is so much easier when you're learning from people who are truly passionate, knowledgeable, and authentic. Whether it’s food, supplements, mindset, or longevity, these are the wellness voices I go back to, not listed in any specific order:
1. Courtney Swan
Courtney is the founder of Realfoodology. When it comes to cutting through food industry myths and advocating for real, clean food. She makes healthy living accessible and fun. Many of her episodes focus on limiting pesticide exposure and practical ways to do so.
2. Alex Clark – Culture Apothecary Podcast
Alex blends wellness with culture in a very unique way. Through her platform Culture Apothecary, she interviews health experts in all different fields. These include dentists, famous personal trainers, entrepreneurs in the health and wellness space, and so on. Her theme focuses on the MAHA movement.
3. Gary Brecka – The Ultimate Human Podcast
If you're into biohacking and human optimization, The Ultimate Human podcast by Gary Brecka is a solid choice. Most of his advice is common sense. He dives deep into how we can live longer, stronger, and better outside of mainstream medicine.
4. Dr. Ashley Turner – Restorative Wellness
Her holistic approach to healing is rooted in functional medicine and backed by beautiful, nourishing recipes. If you're looking for the best wellness-focused cookbooks, start with hers. Her and her husband also own a functional medicine practice located in Exton, PA.
5. Nurse Kate Johnson
Nurse Kate is a wealth of practical wellness advice, especially when it comes to integrative care and holistic healing. Her tips always feel grounded, real, and instantly usable. Her instagram is one of my favorites for family, faith, and practical health tips.
6. Dr. Mark Hyman
A pioneer in functional medicine, Dr. Hyman's work continues to shape the wellness world. His books and content are packed with insight into healing chronic illness and optimizing long-term health.
7. Dr. Josh Axe - Dr. Axe Show
Dr. Axe brings together ancient healing wisdom and modern science. A lot of his methodology stems from Chinese medicine. From gut health to herbal remedies, his content is always packed with usable tips and easy-to-follow advice. He has a christianity theme to his episodes.
8. Jason Karp – Founder of Hu Chocolate
Not only did he help revolutionize clean snacking with Hu Chocolate, but Jason is also a voice for transparency in food and wellness entrepreneurship. Love his mission and message. He also ties in a business perspective that many other influencers in the space lack.
